About Us

I, the owner of this site, have been researching most aspects of this world that we live in since 1984. In 2007, while travelling in Illinois, America, I got distracted by my cell phone falling into the footwell of my pickup truck and, while trying to retrieve it, accidently went into the back of the car in front of me at a set of traffic lights.

Having been given a couple of tickets I proceeded to fight these tickets for three years (as they were not to do with the actual accident) and began to learn the hard way about Law and its application, or rather miss-application, in the corrupt court system that comprises the majority of American jurisprudence and law 'enforcement'.

Due to the steep learning curve that occurred while attending court over 13 times I began learning much about the hidden aspects of Law that is not taught even in law school.

Having joined a couple of forums in 2008/2009 (a Redemption by Method Yahoo group and a forum run by Marc Stevens) I began to learn about the UCC (Uniform Commercial Code - implemented around the world by December 1989 and slowly brought into force by 1999), the Strawman (touted as a theory by Wikipedia and other such organizations which are designed to throw one off from finding out about this seedy aspect of the Law of the Merchant), the history of the united states of America (note the use of lower capital letters where one is used to seeing capitalized letters), the fraud that is the underpinning of the entire financial system, how everything in Law and Finance boils down to contracts, and many other topics in these fields.

In 2013 my dad rang up asking for help with a credit card that he had been having trouble with for over 4 years. The debt was for over £18,000 and due to my dad's change of circumstances had been having difficulties paying the monthly credit card bill. It had eventually gone to a debt collection company called Lowell Portfolio 1 Ltd.

Utilizing the knowledge I had gained in studying law for 6 years, I wrote one (1) letter which completely dealt with the debt collection agency. The debt was zeroed out by the company (in other words, discharged) after a few weeks of them investigating the 'complaint'. With this success I have gone on to successfully help many more people over the years ranging from a foreclosure in Montana (which ended up not going to foreclosure and in fact no one in the state wanted to touch this property and foreclose on it in the end), to credit card debts in Canada, America and the UK, Penalty Charge Notices in the UK, traffic tickets in America, UK council tax, debt collection companies and more.

Having joined some Telegram channels that deal with this type of stuff, I was recently contaced by Direct Message (DM) by one of the members of one of these channels. I have proceeded to help this new friend and his family with debt collectors, bailiffs and council tax. My friend has now got two successes since working with me and asked me whether I had thought of doing this help as a business. My friend eventually persuaded me to create this website for others to be able to get the assistance that they are looking for. Subsequently, my new friend has become an equal partner in this venture.

We hope to provide as much self-help information as possible as well as taking on people as a paid-for service who do not have the time to learn this stuff at the rapid rate required to deal with their own situation. We hope that you find the information contained within this site of benefit to yourself and others.

We have deliberately kept our names and likenesses off of this site as we prefer not to become targets of the powerful corporations, and those in the alternative law channels whose income is based on keeping this info to themselves, and whose bottom line will be affected by our activities of helping or assisting others.
